This will enable you to speak confidently about the business to Guests, Owners and Partners, delivering a 5-star service at all times.
Duties of an Operations Assistant:
• Supporting the Directors with their day-to-day activities.
• Running the office and general administration.
• Managing bookings and maintaining the availability calendar on the website and organising concierge services.
• Liaising with property owners, our partners and guests. Resolving any property or customer related issues.
• Occasionally assisting the Marketing Executive with digital and non-digital campaigns, SEO optimisation and web updates.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent communication skills, written and on the phone.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent brand and commercial awareness.
• A genuine interest in luxury travel, beautiful homes + interiors, and business development.
• A good team player who is positive and personable.
• Someone who is prepared to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• A Degree in Tourism / Hospitality / Business Management would be beneficial or anyone with a proven track record of related experience.
