Detailed Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices and receipts
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Paying suppliers
- Preparing VAT returns
- Processing staff expenses
- Assisting with preparation of payroll
- Maintaining and administering company benefit schemes i.e. pension scheme, health insurance and other benefits
- Assisting with ad hoc data analysis
- Work experience within an accounting role or similar
- Loves numbers and has great attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
- Good Excel skills
- Knowledge of Sage and Xero an advantage, but training will be given as needed
