We are a between the commons family that has just invested in a holiday cottage. It's new the market so has some good availability this year for school summer holidays. If you have left it a bit late this year, you may want to take a look. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms (king, twin, bunk and en-suite double). It's in a very peaceful spot, has a climbing frame and overlooks paddocks. The cottage is in a small village called Tiptoe which is between Brockenhurst and Lymington, There's a pub at each end of the village with beer gardens and outside play areas. Very close to open forest and beaches like Avon Beach and Mudeford. It's about 2 hours drive from Clapham / Wandsworth.
