Hi, I know you're probably looking for personal recommendations - and you're welcome to DM me for that - but just to say that BACP has a directory where you can look for local practitioners. I'd also say that you should consider speaking to his teacher/school, if you feel comfortable doing that. They will have a counsellor for the school or provided by the council (there's a Place2B program used widely in schools I believe) who could give you some initial advice. Or a GP of course.
I say this having 2 out of 3 of my kids whom we've had to get help for (not dissimilar to what you're describing) - in both cases the school was our first port of call and they were very helpful, including referring us to someone private.
