Gymnastics - help!

Postby Bunnypigeon1 » Tue Jun 22, 2021 11:18 pm

Hello,
Long shot but I was wondering if someone could help my daughter with learning some basic gymnastic moves (especially walkovers and backbends). She’s good at handstands and cart wheels but needs to have these perfected by end of summer. Is there anyone with experience who might be able to spend a few hours teaching her techniques and the process through which to learn this? Thank you!!!

Might be worth ringing Broomwood Hall (they have an Olympic medalist as a gymnastics coach) or Streatham & Clapham (their gymnastics is said to terrific), and asking the coaches if they’d work privately over the summer. Or maybe Gemstones in Streatham - https://www.gemstonesgymnastics.co.uk/
(Maybe also plan on practise time at flip out!) Good luck!
