Bertie & Boo in Balham is lovely, but not enough space and the bandstand cafe would indeed be too noisy I'd say.

Eat Play Love is great, as long as being a little way from the station isn't a problem for people? (Battersea Park Rd) https://www.facebook.com/EatPlayLoveCafe

I can't remember what the other places are like, depends how many of us and how many buggies.

:-)

Hi there, Friday would be great. I'm thinking of cafe Nero on Wandsworth common, it's right opposite the park, nice scenery to practice and take some photos afterwards. Only worry that it could be quite busy around 1 pm

Friday please. Will need to bring my 2 year old but she should be good with some food to distract her. Cafe Nero good for us. Thanks!

Hello,

Since most of those that have responded have said Friday let's go with that.
Eat play and love is a bit out of the way, but i wouldn't mind getting there.

The windmill on the common is also a great option, there is plenty of space and not very busy at lunchtime.

I will put a note for NV to circulate with the Monday newsletter about the class on Friday 22nd March, venue to be confirmed (but likely to be Eat, play, love, or Windmill pub or cafes on Battersea Rise).

All interested mums (and dads of course),

I have booked a table at Eat Play and Love for Friday 22 March from 12pm for the free photography class with Charlie Round-Turner photographer. We will have a session in the cafe and then go out for some practice. Charlie will bring handouts for us to take home as well.

Those interested that can make it please say so here or PM me so that we can have an idea of numbers.

Those interested that cannot make still get in touch as we might organise other meet ups.

For any queries here is my number 07 934 788 100 or Charlie's 07814 106 561

Eat Play and Love's address 324 Battersea Park Road, London, England. https://www.facebook.com/EatPlayLoveCafe

Hi,
Just came across this post, can't do this Friday but would be interested in other meet ups. I am currently in the middle of a photography course and have also just got my ACA in photoshop to edit the ones I haven't managed to get right straight from the camera. Would love to learn more and share the love of photography with other people so if you could keep me posted of future meet ups/opportunities, would love to be a part of it.
I wish ŷou all a very good day

Sounds great so disappointed that I can no longer make it. Hope it goes well and that you are kind enough to run another session some time x

Hi there,

Could you let me know if you run another session? I can not make this Friday but I am interested.

Have fun and my fingers are crossed for the weather :-) (for trying out what you have learnt)

Take care,
Andrea

For those mums that cannot make it I will post on nappyvalley updates about the group. If you want to PM me your details I can create a mailing list for the photo club.

Pinkfishblues and claphamama it's great you can make it tomorrow. Here is my number 07934788100 in case you need to contact me. I will be at eat play love before 12pm.

If you want to PM me your details that would be great too.

Looking forward to tomorrow.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to amumtoo for organising and to Charlie for a phenomenal class yesterday, and also it was very lovely to meet you claphamama! I really had a great time, I can't wait to start practising with my camera and meet again. I have learned more one afternoon than in many photography classes, so I feel really lucky I could be there! Charlie, your pics are stunning, I will definitely pass around your details to friends looking to have beautiful family pictures. Have a lovely Easter all! xx

Was a pleasure to meet you all including the two balloon-mad little ones! :D
