What's the best nappy rash cream?

Hello

Can anyone please recommend a good nappy rash cream? My daughter, who is six months old, has been rash free until we started weaning, but is now quite red and sore and it's obviously starting to bother her. We've been using Sudocrem, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

I had the same problem and switched to Bepanthen and the problem seems to have resolved itself (for now!). Good luck.

I don't think Sudocrem helps bad rashes. I got a top tip from another mum on here a while ago, Kamilosan with Metanium over the top. Works very well on my two.

Metanium, although it does stain fabric. Waitrose bottom butter is great for dry patches (anywhere). I use it on my face nowadays. Great moisturiser.

I would also recommend Metanium - very very effective! Sometimes I wonder what they put in it, it's so good that you can put it overnight and in the morning, all the nappy rash is gone!
