Gordon Ramsey

Postby Snow leopard » Tue Mar 06, 2018 12:14 pm

Does anyone know where in Wandsworth common does Gordon Ramsey live. I am trying desperately to get Gordon to sign a birthday card for my daughter. I have tried his business address without any success. I have been told that he lives in Wandsworth common but is there a house name or road name. Can you help make my daughters birthday extra special.

I TOTALLY agree that you shouldn't doorstep him. Although I know it means a huge amount to your daughter I think it would be a little weird/intrusive.

What you could do is to post a letter to

Gordon Ramsey
Wandsworth

and see if the post office. They *might* just send it with all his other mail however I'm not sure this would be a good idea too. If you enclosed a stamped addressed envelope and a note saying why then that might work.

Otherwise I'd a) fake the signature (how will she know!) or b) try his booking agents

I suspect he gets a lot of strange requests/stalkers!

good luck!

Hiya,

I know where he lives and would be happy to drop off a letter for you.

agree you shouldn't doorstep him but popping a letter in his letterbox isn't weird or stalkerish I don't think.

He also follows me on twitter for reasons I can't quite fathom, so I might be able to get his social media team to alert him to the letter.

Put the card inside an SAE inside another envelope and let's see if we can get a response. he's in the US alot I think so it might just be timing whether he sees it or not. when's your daughters birthday?

DM me with a phone number please

I think it's quite weird and intrusive to track him down at his home address tbh.

Guy, I also think that if you have a business relationship with him then it's inappropriate for you to offer to do this on a public forum. I would think twice about retaining your services if I was GR.

One bit of publicly available info that may help the OP is that his wife owns All About The Girl on Northcote Road so if you are that desperate you could always pop in there and ask her to pass on the card/letter?

There's no sense of anyone 'tracking anyone down', I only know where he lives having seen him walking his dog on the common a while back and I certainly wouldn't put his address on a public forum, ever. For clarification, I don't have a business relationship with him, never met the chap but I don't suppose he or his young family would resent a request from a local mum, for her daughter's hero to sign her birthday card. It's harmless and he can choose to sign it or not, thank you for posting an alternative option though...

I'm sure plenty of us around Wandsworth Common know where he lives (big deal) but I also find this a bit stalkerish. Not that I'm a fan of the guy and perhaps I'm too wary from living in London but I wouldn't like to be broadcasting people's private addresses. Anyway, I doubt he opens his own mail so the card is likely to end up in the bin. Even if he does it will probably end up in the bin given his not known for being a softie!

Oh Parsleysong, hello, I thought you'd been sufficiently humiliated by your last interaction with this group to pipe down but it appears not, so let me deal with your 'points' in turn.

I dare say hundreds of people know where he lives, did I (or anyone) make this a big deal? NO

Am I going to 'broadcast anyone's address' No - I explicitly say I won't, ever.

Yes, I expect most of us are wise enough to understand Gordon probably doesn't answer most of his post. Does it mean it's impossible and you should rain your pessimism on this lady's hopes? NO

Does the cumulative effect of the points above mean your post is the usual, meaningless, stirring nonsense this group has come to expect of you? Probably, YES!

Sorry, one last question, are you by any chance XXXXX? A friend is intrigued, and you seemed reluctant to be transparent about who you are, when I last asked...

What on earth are you going on about this time :? Whoever XXXXX is I feel sorry for her that you and your friend have a nasty issue with her. Weird (and stalky) that you keep wanting to know my name and address. What would you do with that info? You need to take it a bit easier when people don't agree with you Guy and cut out the bully politics and foot-long posts that I'm pleased to see nobody bothers reading anymore.

As usual Parsleysong, you're completely WRONG!

I get lots of engagement, lots of people sending me private messages of support for the various issues I put on this forum, and by contrast, lots of people seem to think you're a nasty piece of work. I won't comment on whether they're right or not, nor will I engage with you any further if I can possibly help it.

Apart from perhaps to say, wouldn't you be happier living in the shires somewhere with Nigel Farage and that charming Jayda Thingamy from Britain First as your neighbours? I think our lovely diverse, open, tolerant, community would probably prefer that too. :D

apologies admin, no more from me on this

Guy Dorrell: You've just made a completely unhinged accusation against me of belonging to a banned terrorist group because you remember from previous posts that i said I voted out of the EU. Having met you a few times I suspect you are just a bit too fond of the drink and a bit thick rather than an actual threat, but any more accusations like that and I will take this more seriously.

Stay off the booze, turn off the instant messenger from this site so you are not tempted to make knee-jerk inflammatory posts; don't accuse people of criminal things that are completely mental; pause and think before kicking off, don't post when affected by alcohol, no late night posts; be a good role-model to your girls.

Hi Everyone
Thank you for all of your contributions to this thread!

I think we can safely say we don't want anyone to divulge the location of the shouty chef and so I'll lock this now so we don't go any further off topic!

Thank you!
