Lightweight buggy sturdy enough for a buggy board?

Hello!

Does anyone have any advice on good lightweight buggies that don't tip when a buggy board is attached. We have our third child due in Sept and our Phil and Teds isn't the right option so I'm hoping my 3 and 2 year old can take turns on the buggy board attached to a buggy suitable from birth but not too heavy as it'll have to go in and out of the car
