Hi !

I've just purchased a property and would like some renovations (possibly extension) to be done on it. Hoping to get something in place as soon as possible or ready for the new year.

He is very good, reliable and locally based. At this stage since it is the start of your project it is good to collect a number of quotes and get some advice from those quoting so that you can have an idea of what it involves. 

Jon is very trustworthy. Also it is good to visit other properties the builder has done before so that you can get a feel from previous customers.
