Flying Fantastic is going to be landing on solid ground in this brand new workshop, only it won't be on our feet!
Elle and Lindsie will guide you through balancing on hands, heads, and elbows in this fun-filled session. We will be providing exercises to help get you into the swing of things, so don't worry if you are a bit nervous about handstands and upside-downy things. Just be prepared to work hard, have fun and try something new!
