We are located next to Clapham Junction Station. Our CrossFit classes offer fun, inclusive, supportive environments for kids and teens to enjoy exercising in a group. Suitable for all levels, whether your children are looking to improve their main sport, or find it hard to join in with other sports - CrossFit could be perfect for them.
CrossFit® Kids & Teens brings exercise and training to children of all ages in a fun and inclusive way. The benefits are huge for your children and the sessions will;

The methods used to teach movement within this program are broad, general, and inclusive — meaning anyone can learn, from the youth athlete to the kid who’s never been exposed to exercise.
What specifically will be learnt?
CrossFit® Kids participants will learn movement patterns for the squat, deadlift, press, and more, through age-appropriate progressions and games with their own body weight or equipment that is easily managed by the age group.
Our main goals are to get your children moving well, enjoying exercise and improving confidence, social skills and team work in this encouraging group environment.
Each class has 2 experienced coaches and the sessions vary every week. Each session may include games, skills and a workout. Our programming develops 10 key physical attributes:
- strength
- power
- speed
- cardiovascular endurance
- stamina
- agility
- balance
- accuracy
- flexibility
- coordination
- Teens classes run 16:30-17:30 on Mondays
- If you would be interested in a teens session on a different day let us know!
- Kids classes 8:00-9:00 on Sundays
Parents often take the adult class next door whilst their kids enjoy their session!
All Teens, Kids and Parents are welcome to come down for a trial class COMPLETELY FREE.
