The Triangle will be reopening shortly following a £120,000 council-funded refurbishment of the building and investment in improved facilities for local families.
The project was delayed slightly following the extremely rainy weather that hit London and the south east in the winter months - especially as this part of Tooting Common is prone to localised flooding.
When it reopens, the new-look centre will offer a full daily range of free children’s and family services including drop-in stay and play, health advice and parenting support. Parents will also benefit from closer integrated working with the nearby Faylands children’s centre, ensuring that a wider and better range of family services are offered in this part of the borough.
