Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:45am
These sessions are non-heated and intentionally paced to create a calm, supportive environment. You’ll find space to connect with yourself, your baby, and a like-minded community.
For your other wellness needs, our regular classes are held in infrared heat, set between 25–30°C, to help detoxify, release tension, and promote deep healing. Each class is intentionally small, with a maximum of 14 participants, ensuring a personalized and elevated experience.
