HOW DO WE WORK?
1. We Interview
We conduct in-depth interviews with each candidate and carefully match clients’ profiles with the profiles of maternity nurses, nannies, and babysitters.
2. We Check
We run stringent checks on every candidate, including enhanced DBS checks, qualification validation, and identifying gaps in employment history. We also require at least two references to confirm the competence and suitability of each candidate. But it’s not just about the box-ticking, we also consider the candidate’s dedication, integrity and temperament to ensure they are the right fit for your family.
3. We Collaborate
We work closely with our clients and provide full and relevant information to prospective employees and employers before arranging any interviews. Once a placement is secured, we offer complete and ongoing practical and administrative support including employment contracts and payroll assistance.
