1 Day Intensive Paediatric First Aid Certificate Course - for those required to join the OfSTED Voluntary Childcare Register
Scheduled for:
SUNDAY 28TH APRIL 2013(1pm - 6pm)
This one day intensive course is suitable for nannies and over 8's childminders who wish to register on the Ofsted Voluntary Register. This course is held on the last Sunday of each month and covers all of the Ofsted recommended first aid subjects as set out in the OfSted Guidance document below:
Resuscitation, choking, suffocation, strangulation, breath holding, inhalation of fumes, asthma, croup, anaphylaxis, accident books, wounds, bleeding, shock, recognition and treatment of fractures, dislocation, strains and sprains, first aid kits, burns and scalds, electric shock, seizures, fainting, poisoning, head injuries,meningitis, diabetes, extremes of heat and cold.
A 'FREE' Paediatric First Aid Handbook is also given along with a Certificate lasting 3 years.
The Course cost £125.00 per person or £100.00 per person if three or more people are booking together.
