4 years ago we had the most wonderful nanny, Vineta, who is 31 and from Latvia. She is incredibly mature, sensible, lovely and frankly I wish I had an excuse to hire her again but sadly my kids are now at school and she is looking for full time work. She was wonderful with our 2 & 4 year olds (at the time) and lived in with us without any issues - she is very happy in her own company in the evenings and is a bookish type (rather than a party girl) for anyone about having someone live in for the first time.
