My lovely nanny is leaving us as she would like to move in to her own flat (she lives in with us). We are devastated to see her go, but as she is so lovely I am happy to help her find the right family to take her on. She is 24 and from Czech Republic. She has been with us for 18 months (3 kids aged 4, 5 and 7) and has had part time work with other families while mine are at school (kids aged 0, 1, and 3). She is loyal, reliable, hard working, fun, bags of initiative, loves playing with the children, creative, a good cook, turns her hand to anything that needs doing and very flexible regarding hours, babysitting etc. I would like her to stay with us until early February, but if the right job required her to start earlier, I could reluctantly relinquish her before then. She would like a live out full time or 4 days a week role ideally.
