Part-time nanny required ASAP (Mon-Fri 07:00-13:00)

I have a requirement for a part-time nanny to start ASAP to work along side me to assist with newborn twins and a 2 year old toddler. (near Clapham Junction SW11). Looking for qualified nanny who could be left in sole charge of one or all of the children if required but I am primarily looking for help to ensure that I can create some time and flexibility to give each child some one to one attention. Must have references. Please message me if interested.
