Au Pair Wanting Lovely Family for Jan

I have a lovely Italian Au Pair due to start in Jan, however, due to our circumstances changing we no longer need her. I really don't want to let her down and I spent time interviewing her etc and she is 25 yrs old with child care experience. And would make a lovely au pair and addition to the family. I am looking an Aupair but I need for Brighton, any possibility, she can work in Brighton ? This is a long term role.
