We are looking for an after school Nanny for our two girls, aged 9 and 11, starting in January already.
Hours would be 3:30-7:30/8pm (Monday-Friday). There will be an opportunity to increase these hours by additional babysitting during term time and/or full-time help during inset days/school holidays.
Main responsibilities: school pick-up (a 10 minute walk from home), taking to/from after school clubs, help with school homework, organising and supervising play dates, cooking a nutritious meal, and in general, having great fun with the girls.
The job would ideally suit someone who lives locally or who is working in a school/nursery who is looking for extra hours after work.
You would need to be proactive, enthusiastic, willing to take care of the girls' school schedule and generally keep on top of things. You will have:
- Previous childcare experience (min 2 years)
- Good English & Maths skills to support homework
- A love for cooking - be able to cook simple dinners to keep their diet varied and healthy
