After school nanny needed, 3 days per week, SW12

We are looking for an after-school nanny for our children, aged 9 and 7. Ideally Tuesday, Thursday and Friday but there is slight room for flexibility. Hours 15.30 - 18.30 ca, and role would include pick up, after school snack, home work help, etc.
Must be someone who is fun loving, warm, and reliable.
