Nothing to do with Brexit. It's because Tony Blair (or whatever idiot it was) decided that everyone should go to "university" and then loads of kids did exactly that with high hopes and came out with "qualifications" from crap places and couldn't get the jobs they wanted, i.e. kids who got "law degrees" and after years were still doing admin jobs in big law firms, hoping they would be spotted - of course they never were. Apprenticeships and business lead-training is the trend now. Schools now understand this so it's not surprising that they are not sending everyone to these 3rd and 4th rate "universities".
