SErious Cleaner needed

Hi I am looking for a serious cleaner .

I need 2,5 hours on Friday and 2.5 Hours on Tuesday and I live in Balham -

My house is not too big and I have 2 kids so would need someone well organised in the she cleans - and reliable .
