Gas heating / plumber required...

Hi everyone

I posted on here in Jan and as a result I got an amazing new cleaner - this is a great local board! I am now looking for a new heating / plumber engineer.

We have been having our boiler serviced by the same company for several years with no issue, however this time they left us with a leak and two at risk notices without coming back to complete the work, incorrectly billed us, turned up at the wrong time, and were generally unhelpful. I also asked them to fix our new lamona tap which they've also failed to do.

We therefore have a few small jobs that need doing now and we'd like someone to take over service our boiler each year? Can you help us?

I have contacted a local company in Clapham with good ratings but they didn't respond to my message - it seems to be very hard to find decent tradespeople round here!

Any recommendations v gratefully received.

Hi Lou,
I can't recommend David Lyons White at Switched on London highly enough. They are are plumbers and electricians.
I've used them a few times now for boiler servicing and other plumbing jobs and will continue to in the future, local, great value, reliable (turned up exactly when they said they would), and saved me a lot of money with some very honest advice.
