Our lovely tenant has moved out after almost 3 years with us to start a home life of her own. We are looking for someone who is after a ‘’home-like feel’’ in London to share this beautiful newly renovated house in Mitcham/Colliers Wood borders.
It would be 3 (2 adults and 7 yrs old boy) of us sharing a 4 bedroom house with a garden.
We are looking for someone who is sociable yet peaceful and respectful. Since this is our home we are sharing we’d like someone who fits in personality-wise and has a similar outlook. It’s important to feel at home for all. We are very friendly and sociable not your usual live-in landlords . Oh and I am sorry but no couples.
What's the deal?
Apart from 2 1/2 humans, your rent includes:
Double room with double bed, two large builds in wardrobes and a chest of draws. Located on the first floor of the property facing the garden. Upstairs bath/WC shared with one other.
Downstairs you will find an open plan living room and a kitchen ( dishwasher/small utility room and another WC/shower room) and of course a cozy garden with bi-fold doors for the summer bbq's. We love bbq's hope you do too . We share all the pots, pans, and plates.
The house is situated a 5-minute walk from bus 200 (3 stops from Colliers Wood underground, zone 3) or 11 minutes walk. Alternatively, you have Phipps Bridge tram station (for Wimbledon or Croydon connections) 10 minutes walk away. Close to a variety of shops within a 5-15 minutes walk from M&S and Lidl. Free off-street parking if you drive. Tandem shopping center 6 minutes walk or 1 stop by the bus. Morden Hall Park is just over 5 minutes walk.
Logistics: The rent has been reduced due to the current situation so £650 includes all bills. Other things: 1 month’s deposit required, references (you can also get our references to hear what it is like to live with us from our past housemates) and 6 months minimum stay preferred, but we won't hold if you decide to move as long as we get 1 month's notice. Available now.
