the job we did back in 2019. We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and it's paramount to us that our clients are happy with what has been done. We never refuse to come back to fix any issues and are always available to discuss things with our clients.
We came back to rectify
the problems you initially had with
the painting we carried out of
the walls and ceiling (not
the kitchen units) and were under
the impression that you were then satisfied as we didn't hear from you. On your job, I'm afraid we were not in control of
the pricing as we were subcontracted by Holloways.
