Clapham NCT is pleased to announce the launch of our exciting new Returning to Work workshops.
These workshops look at the practical and emotional aspects of going back to work after having a baby, and ways to deal with the challenges which may arise.
The workshop will cover topics such as your career, childcare, work/life balance, looking after you and your relationships and what to do if things aren’t working out. It will also explore practical steps for dealing with the first days and weeks of returning to work.
There are two sessions available, one in the daytime and one in the evening so you can pick the time that best suits you:
· Daytime: 10am-12.30pm Wednesday 26 March at the workshop facilitator’s home in Clapham Old Town (SW4)
· Evening: 7pm-9.30 pm Tuesday 25 March at Sammy Duder Pottery on Webbs Road (SW11)
This workshop will be led by a qualified NCT Postnatal Leader and costs £41 course; please enquire in confidence about these.
