Hi I am a personal trainer who specialises in pre and post natal personal training. Would it be beneficial to come to this meeting and talk to all of you about any pre/post natal exercise issues you may have? Restoring your core and also keeping it strong are very important to women and can help towards a better pregnancy/recovery. Just let me know if this is something that you would all like? If not on 3 Nov maybe another day? Im sure it will be beneficial.
