I know someone who used Plus Rooms within the last year. All appeared to go fairly well although there was a little chasing that was required over this and that, towards the end of the project. Like any good company, they appear pretty busy which means they are always chomping at the bit to finish a job and move on to the next one, which occassionally seemed to mean that the last few minor items took a little longer than normal to be sorted out for the client before the final 'sign off' could happen. Overall, the finish was pretty good but I have not been able to compare it to A N Other company as only one did the work (clearly).
I also always see their vans in and around Wandsworth so they must be getting regular work. I would request to see 2-3 other similar examples of the kind of work you want doing AND ask to speak with the owners 1-on-1 to ensure they are fully happy with the work and service they received before signing up with anyone to do your work. Find out what parts of their experience as a client was only satisfactory so you can emphasise the importance of that from the start. Get as much detail as possible written into the contractual agreement in terms of duration of project, price, what is and isn't included (such as fittings etc.) - they will probably not appreciate this but I would demand it as extras can add-up if not specified beforehand.
Good luck!
