Hi

I am a registered childminder and I am helping in the search for a room to rent for my assistant childminder. She is 36 years old, and works with me fulltime, in Southfields from my home looking after children. She is a lovely lady, very helpful, hardworking and would make a great housemate. She would like to move to the Southfields area asap (she curently lives in Surbiton), and she would prefer to share a place with another person (perhaps a single person or parent looking for a house/flat mate).

Let me if you have a spare room that you think may be suitable. Her budget is £500 pcm.
