A friend is looking for an English tutor for one on one private lessons for 1-2 hours a week in Clapham/Tooting.

It's mainly to improve his spoken English and take it to the next level as he's been here 12 years but never had structured lessons.

I hope you have found someone by now but I thought I would introduce myself.

My name is Paul and I am a tutor based in Chelsea. I am an Oxford graduate and a former Army Captain with a broad range of tutoring experience.

I personally can tutor English, French and Russian at various levels.
I also offer university admissions guidance, careers guidance and mentoring.
I am flexible, happy to travel and my rates are negotiable based on consultation.

I would be happy to work with this boy to improve his level of spoken English.

I also run an agency called Tutors and Futures, which offers both paid and pro bono services, so if you are looking for a tutor to teach a subject I do not offer I can help you to find one.
