Help required - computer meltdown????

Postby stuck@home » Mon Dec 27, 2010 5:29 pm

Does anyone know a good computer whizz who can help sort out a few problems I have just developed on my computer??

I have used some before but unfortunately I have found that they sort out one problem but then cause a whole host of others (not discovered till I have paid them and they are out the door!!!)

Thanks

Hi there - We can definitely help. My husband is a computer whizz and he certainly won't abandon you with more problems! We look after many computers for residential and small businesses in SW11. Perhaps if you email me your telephone number we can call to find out what computer you have and the problems and then quote you a price. Our website is http://www.chelseaconnected.com

Scooter Computer are brilliant, my friends and I all use them whenever we need some IT help - www.scootercomputer.co.uk or 020 7384 5949, really nice team of guys who pride themselves on providing good service - they won't charge you if they can't fix the problem.
Hope that helps!

Hi

I have a truly fabulous guy who sorts mine out. He has a full time job and does this in his spare time (evenings/weekends). Having used a number of guys over the years I can honestly say Brian leaves them all for dead. He is endlessly helpful, is always at the end of the phone/text and is so clearly more intelligent/competent than any of the others it's untrue. On occasions he has completely rebuilt computers that we had totally killed - he is great on both software and hardware sides.

He came recommended to me by my neighbour who worked at the same company so I have no personal relationship with him and therefore no axe to grind! Do get in touch if you'd like his number.

Kind regards

MrsM

My hard drive has just fallen over so I think I'm going to need to use my own website's recommendations!

Do you know if any of them have recovered any hard drives?

THanks

A virus pretended my hard drive had died but in fact it was there all the time; a ploy to get me to divulge my credit card details we believe. Steve Oldfield at SOSit sorted it all out very patiently and reasonably...
he can be found at SOSit@live.co.uk or on 07963 0134818.
