Buggyfit Clapham Common is having a January sale!

Come and banish those winter blues and work off the excesses of Christmas outside in the great and wonderful surroundings of Clapham Common.
A fun, friendly and dynamic class suitable for all levels of fitness. The class format changes on a daily basis so you will never get exercise fatigue. A great way to meet and socialise with mums and babies whilst getting fit. We absolutely welcome toddlers too!

This January we have 2 great deals
1) Pay as you go sessions for a fiver. Yes that's right - £5 and that's a 50% off deal. Offer ends Thursday 29th January.
2) Bring a friend and you will get a free session (bring 2 or more friends and you all get a free session!) offer ends Thursday 29th January

Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9.30am - meeting around the bandstand on Clapham Common.

Just wanted to give a big thumbs up to Buggyfit! Ive been going for over 3 years and would highly recommend it! Katie is lovely and it's a great way to meet other mums.

No better way to clear the head and get fitter again with your baby in tow. And the kiddies love it too. Katie makes working out fun, albeit tough - It's certainly no walk in the park! Thanks Katie - see you again Thursday!

I should also say that the classes are for all levels and you make as much out of them as you like. There are option of low, medium and high impact exercises to choose between - so there is no excuse not to come along! Come join us!
