I can recommend affleck. They did a very big project for us (complete refurb and extension) and we are very pleased with the result. They have a good moral and ethical code in my opinion. Good luck!

Do not use a company called Affleck!! Appalling and not interested although each individual workman was very nice- and some more competent than others. They promised project management which never happened, did not attend site meetings scheduled and some of the work had to be redone. When I with held final payment until it was all signed off the MD became very aggressive and said that he would not be able to pay his workmen- moral blackmail!!
They promise everything at initial meeting and very slow to deliver...

Hope you don't mind me adding Puccini Kitchens to the recommendations you've received already. Bespoke kitchen design, supply and installation at very reasonable prices. Andrew@puccinikitchens.co.uk or 020 3507 1937.

I agree with Wandsworth housewife - please don't use Affleck. They have a nice looking website but they contract out a lot of their work so the quality is variable. If anything goes wrong, they'll blame you. The MD gets nasty quickly.

Hi there

We have had our 5 bed house in Putney completely gutted and extended by our superb kiwi builders. They did a fantastic job and we especially love our side return. Leon and his team are honest, reliable and considerate. I've recommended them to two of my friends in Putney and he's since done their side returns too. He's not the cheapest, but we had a nightmare with a cheaper builder before this project, so I didn't mind paying a bit more.
