I know of a good carpenter who I have recommended before but he doesn't decorate, I don't know whether you were looking for one guy for everything. Anyway the carpenter's name is Hamilton and his phone number is 02087710906. He is excellent has has made cupboards to match what I already had and made to measure wardrobes.
