Need a Window Cleaner

Postby mrsmilk » Thu Feb 03, 2011 2:41 pm

Hello!

We are about to put our house on the market and I'd like to get all the windows cleaned first.

Can anyone recommend a good, reliable and reasonably priced window cleaner? I've tried calling Steve Bridgemen who has advertised around the area for years and I'm sure I've used him a few times before, but he's not picking up his phone!

Kind regards

I have just had this done today - all 9 upstairs windows cost £30. I used http://www.cleaners-battersea.co.uk/window-cleaners/ and they were effificent & friendly. May be worth a buzz

I can recommend John Vanderos - local, friendly and efficient. He cleans our windows inside and out 3 or 4 times a year.

I can't recommend a window cleaner but I would just like to let you know that I had a rather unpleasant experience with Steve Bridgeman. He used dirty water on the inside windows and left black watermarks all over the white woodwork. He also did not finish one window cause he said he could not get to all of it - a ladder was required and he would not get it off his car. I challenged him and he became quite agressive and said that I was holding him up from getting to his next job. I was quite intimidated and just paid him the full amount (£65) to get him out of my house. I would never use him again
