Looking for a family to share our wonderful nanny in Balham Post Reply

Hi. We live in Balham with our four-year-old son and are looking for a family to share our truly fantastic nanny.
She has 20 years childcare experience, working for families on a long-term basis, and is OFSTED registered as we pay her partly in childcare vouchers.
At the moment she works for us five afternoons a week, from 3-6 pm, picking up our son from reception, and full time in the holidays.
But with her own son now at nursery she would like to seek extra work.
We are now looking to see if another family would like to share her with us - whether it be taking the mornings she doesn't work for us, or between two and five shared full days a week. We are very flexible about the arrangements - all we need is for her to be able to pick our son (who is very used to nanny shares and loves having other children of all ages around) up from school and come back to our house for tea.
The share could start any time between now and September.

Thanks for posting - this could be just what we are looking for. We are looking for a nanny for a couple of mornings a week - possibly increasing with the possibility also of extra hours from week to week. Our little boy is 17 months and we live between Tooting and Earlsfield. Could you share details so that we might meet?
