Hi
Great that you all want to get together.

We organised a coffee morning on Wandsworth Common at the start of July and it went really well, we had over 30 mums.

We're going to organise one in Earlsfield in early September once everyone is back from their summer hols.

Obviously I hope you all meet up before then, but fingers crossed I can squeeze some free coffee and croissants from a friendly coffee shop when I confirm a date for September.

Let me know how you all get on.

Cheers

Hi
I was looking at restaurants and bars in Earlsfield today for a September meet up and thought Mel's Bar on the high street (a few doors down from Fara Kids) might be interesting. Does anyone have a strong opinion either way?

I'm hoping to twist their arms for some free coffee and croissants :D

Cheers

Would be SO up for this meet up. Can you email alert us or do we need to diligently check in to NVN.com? I can get a bit busy and don't check as often as I should!

What? You mean you don't spend every waking hour on here?

All you have to do (which you've now done!) is to have replied to a message in this thread and then I'll do two things...

1. highlight it in the weekly email giving everyone sufficient notice
2. I'll post it in this thread. When I do that you should get an email telling you someone has posted on this thread and so you'll know.

And now I'll make sure I remember to email you personally anyway!!!

Cheers

Hi All
We went to Mel's Bar last week and they are very happy to host a coffee morning in Earlsfield.

It'll be at the end of September and we will mention it in the next, or one after that, weekly email.

They're been really good so they'll be free coffee, croissants, juice for the kids and even a draw to win a meal for two so it should be excellent.

Will confirm date in the next week or so.

Thank you all for your suggestions. :D
