International calling rates - HELP Post Reply

I was just reviewing my phone bill and almost fell off my seat -getting positively killed on international calls to the Caribbean. Anyone out there has recommendations on how to lower my bill? I currently have Sky Talk which includes free calls to 20 countries but calls outside of that list are ridiculously expensive. HELP PLEASE!

My husband and I call the US a lot - we use calling cards or you can use Skype.com - it has the option for video calls or regular calls and it is free!

I have been using telediscount for years. Their call rates are really good and the best thing they have is telediscount top-up for your mobile - you buy £5 credit and then when you dial their access number (which is a landline so can be included in your mobile free minutes) the calls are Sooo cheap - I pay 0.5 pence per minute to call Argentina. Hope this helps .
