I am a mother of a beautiful boy, I am offering my services to all mothers out there in the local area.
I have been teaching yoga for over 8 years and specialise in pre-natal yoga, it's very important to keep the body open and supple during pregnancy and also to stay active, but at the same time calm and relaxed - yoga is wonderful for this!!
I also offer maternity reflexology - Reflexology can encourage the body to open up and soften naturally as well as balance the hormones and all the systems in the body - plus it's nice to put your feet up!!!
As a Doula I aim to support a woman on an emotional and practical level during the birth journey - including antenatal visits, the birth process and offer post natal visits also. I will work with you and not interfere with your journey or choices but be there to support you fully.
I can offer a package to include all of the above. I also offer yoga and reflexology post -natally.
