Planning a party - need recommendations Post Reply

Hi, we are planning a party for about 30-40 people in our garden. Nothing too fancy, rather relax and informal (and limited budget!). Our initial idea was to have a big barbecue with some salads, dips and nibbles. So would anyone be able to recommend:
- a caterer that could also do the barbecue?
- or maybe 1 or 2 students who would take care of the barbecue and we would prepare or arrange the sides separately?
- where to hire a gazebo?
