oh well its just that there are 3 wedding shops in Wimbledon and am happy to reccommend other people services too.

I am currently training 3 couples for their wedding day and two ladies have dropped 2 dress sizes already!

So if you are planning a wedding day I can also provide you with ongoing fitness training, nutritional advice based on our Amazing fat Loss Formula to get get into the best shape of your life!

I agree these posts are very annoying and it's great that it's being addressed. Just curious why people are posting under different user names? Are you worried what people will think if you speak your mind?

Not at all Moops, I think Groucho was trying not to flag the title post again as it does bring attention to the ridiculous adverts below : (

What do I need to do in order to get permission to do the classes on Wimbledon Common? As I understand, one needs to actually have a permit for it.

Hello

Feels a bit odd posting this but I had a private message suggesting I would have lost the weight anyway because my baby is 11 months old, and the saying is 9 months on 9 months off

I'm amazed nappyvalleyers are taking such an interest in my waistline, but as I replied to the person who emailed me, I was struggling to lose the baby weight and my body wasn't dropping it off as the books had promised - tried weightwatchers and cross fit but they didn't work.

Thought I should explain on here incase anyone else is wondering!!!
