Any Mums in Tooting Bec?

Hi there, I am a mum of one year old boy and we are moving to Tooting Bec. I am a little nervous about moving to London as I do not know anyone. Does anyone know of any mums and baby groups in Tooting Bec or close to there?

Hi

I live halfway between tooting broadway and bec. There are loads of groups in your area - the local children's centre's have activities most days. There is a Rhyme Time at the local library which is really popular and a good way to meet people. A bar in Tooting Broadway runs a coffee morning for mums on a Wednesday morning from 11am - its called the Tram Shed and is on Mitcham Rd. If you want to meet there one week just send me a msg.

I'm also in Tooting Bec - mum to an almost 8 month old. There is LOADS of mum/baby stuff in the area - powerpramming, buggyfit, baby swim classes, mum/baby yoga + the library rhyme times, the sure start and 1 o'clock centers, and lots of baby friendly cafes nearby... Check out this website
