Also maybe thinking about doing a basement under our back garden along with the loft extension.
Would you use the same company for both or hire two different specialists for each??

Just speaking with my partner (who is a builder) and he would say it would depend if the contractor could show they have completed basement and loft conversions, and you could speak with previous clients.

Hi, we advise on a lot of basement conversions, and although there are a few basement contractors that are suitable for above ground fit-out works, most basement contractors specialise in just basements.
