Postby Emmas-Kitchen » Wed Jun 14, 2017 1:56 pm

Good afternoon - I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine. If you are stuck for a Father's Day present how about booking a space on our lovely Cooking class for Father's and their children on Saturday 1st July from 10am until noon. During the class we will be cooking, focaccia bread, sausage rolls and a classic tomato sauce and we will be ending the session with a cake decorating session. Please contact me for more information on 07941 260740 or you can book directly online here. http://www.emmas-kitchen.co.uk/cooking- ... -39-detail

Am I the only person who finds jarring the grammar error in the subject (and in the post itself, so not just an unintentional typo)?

I won't even go into the unnecessary capital letters and grammar errors in the post itself.

Is the English education system so bad that natives can't learn English as well as those of us who come from other countries manage to do? If you are a business and are going to advertise yourself at least take the trouble to make sure that what you have written is correct.

And before other posters jump on me and say how horrible I am for pointing this out, at least I am honest about this. I know that there are lots of you that notice these grammar errors also and form your own views but won't admit it.

Gosh Papinian - how awful that I have upset you with my terrible grammar and capitals in my heading. I do apologise. I suppose my skills are in cooking and creating happy classes in my kitchen.
