novo pilates in battersea is amazing. Small classes on the reformer. highly recommend.

The recentre on Balham high street has a good selection of both. Otherwise if Allfarthing Lane, is not too far, come and visit us at Yogiyoga. We offer both as well.

For 1:1, highly recommend Loft Pilates at Wandsworth Common station

And Jiva Yoga in Earlsfield

Without hesitation I recommend Nell Lindsell who teaches brilliant yoga classes in Balham. She regularly has beginners joining and would make you very welcome. First class is free too! Class timetable here

I highly recommend Adriana (07711 845998) who teaches from her home in Clapham South. She teaches pre & post natal as well as "general" pilates; she does group and 121 classes. Adriana was extremely helpful when I had sciatica - asked many questions to understand my symptoms, adjusted moves to accommodate and knew when to push when I needed it!
