Can anyone recommend a self defence class?

Hi All,

I've been thinking about joining a self defence class for a while now, and I was hoping someone would know of one or go to one yourselves. Think it would be great excerise but also give me confidence in knowing I was better prepared if I was to be faced with an unpleasant situation.
