Weekday morning pilates or yoga classes?

Does anyone know of any week day am pilates or yoga classes within walking/bike distance of northcote road?

Little one if off to nursery in sept so packing in the gym with the crèche and the car drive that goes with it and looking for something local although after a little look everything I can find week day is in the evening!

Hi, if you're looking for someone to come to your house at a time that's convenient to you, I've recommended Susan Lewis here before and others who've tried her think she's brilliant too. She's an absolutely fantastic pilates instructor and will work with you as much as you want.

Morning classes of the yoga drop the double impact on the human body. If we just do the yoga for 30 mins then we easily burn the 440 calories with very easy pose of the yoga.
