Tiro Partners is a Digital IT Recruitment Company that offer the fast-paced environment of a city recruitment business, but with the relaxed surroundings of the leafy suburbs of Clapham Common.
The Opportunity and Scope
Tiro Partners is embarking on an exciting journey in a newly refurbished office and have expanded their reach into the Engineering Sector having opened a Reading Office.  Due to the growth and more expansion planned for 2020, Tiro are looking for a passionate and experienced Operations Administrator to assist with supporting the business and lead the way on marketing and social media to present a consistent brand image to clients, candidates and future colleagues.
You will support the Operations Manager with everything from drafting contracts, supporting contractor payroll and the sales team and any other administrative duties that may be required. You will also take the lead in marketing and social media for the business so an interest in this would be ideal.  There will be someone on hand to show you the ropes, you just need to be competent and willing to get stuck into whatever is thrown at you from a small and ambitious company!
The Role
Operations/Administration
  • Drafting of client and candidate contracts
  • Support and administer contractor payroll
  • Support the sales/recruitment team and sales management activities and platforms
  • Manage any other administrative duties as required
Marketing
  • Ensure all outbound marketing material has a consistent message and formatting.
  • Manage all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Hunted, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and our website.
  • Create glossy Pdf’s to market Tiro Partners and our offering to the market.
  • Work with the Consultants to create relevant captivating articles and current changes in legislation such as IR35 to post to social media.
  • Attending Industry Events such as APSCO events (Recruitment body) and other relevant events when necessary.
You will be.....
  • An experienced administrator that has some experience of successfully fulfilling the tasks above, ideally in a sales/recruitment environment/business.
  • An individual with great attention to detail and happy to work on ad hoc tasks to continuously make improvements to the running of multiple offices.
  • Have excellent written English skills as the role requires writing and posting content.
  • Looking for a permanent role, 8.30am - 5.30pm – salary up to £25-30k depending on experience.
